CEO at BMGroup Explains Why No Experience is No Problem 


Rather than focusing on occupational or educational experience event-marketing experts, BMGroup has adopted a no experience, no problem approach to talent acquisition. The Cardiff-based firm has released a statement explaining their non-traditional process.


Award-winning entrepreneur and Managing Director at BMGroup, Luke Walker, had a predominantly sports background, playing professional football before becoming a Personal Trainer and Gym Manager. His personal journey has impacted the event marketing experts' approach to talent acquisition.  


The current workforce at BMGroup come from a wide variety of occupational and educational backgrounds. CEO Luke Walker argues that the firm’s diversity has been integral to its success.
